Cancellation & Refund Rules for Day Tours ∙ 

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour start time: → Full refund (100%) of the amount paid. 

Cancellation within 24 hours before the tour start time, same day cancellation, or No Show: 

→ No refund will be provided. 

Special Cases 

If the tour is cancelled by Lura Egypt Tours due to weather conditions, security restrictions, or operational reasons, the client will receive: → Full refund or option to reschedule to another available date. 

For tours including third-party services (such as shows, boats, special tickets, or permits), the non-refundable part imposed by the supplier may be deducted. 

Refund Terms 

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking. Bank charges or online payment gateway fees may be deducted fromthe refundable amount. 

Amendments 

Date or time changes requested more than 24 hours before the tour are subject to availability and can be done free of charge. 

Changes requested within 24 hours before the tour start time will be subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate the request, but confirmation cannot be guaranteed. 

How to Cancel 

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp with the booking reference number. The cancellation time is calculated based on the moment we receive the request. 

Note: 

Any unused services during the tour are non-refundable.
