Cancellation Policy –Lura Egypt ToursPackage Tours Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation 14 days or more before the tour start date: 

→ 100% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellation from 7 to 13 days before the tour start date: → 50% refund of the total amount paid. 

Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour start date: 

→ No refund will be provided. 

No Show: 

→ In case of no show on the tour start date, no refund will be issued. ∙ 

Nile Cruise & Domestic Flights Policy ∙ 

Nile Cruise bookings are fully non-refundable once confirmed and paid, according to cruise operators’ regulations. 

Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after issuance, based on airline policies. 

Any cancellation of a package that includes cruise or flights will be subject todeduction of the full cost of these services. 

Refund Terms 

Refunds are processed within 14–21 business days from the cancellation confirmation date. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking. 

Bank transfer fees, credit card charges, or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refundable amount. 

Amendments & Date Changes 

Changes requested more than 7 days before the tour start date are subject toavailability and can be made free of charge. 

Force Majeure 

Lura Egypt Tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyondour control such as airline schedule changes, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or services may be offered whenever possible.

How to Cancel 

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email with the booking reference number. The cancellation date is considered the date we receive the writtenrequest. 

Important Note: 

Any unused services during the tour are non-refundable. Services provided by thirdparties (cruise, flights, special permits) follow their own cancellation rules.
